If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, whether due to a sizing issue, style preference, or any other reason, you can easily return or exchange your shoes within 7 days of delivery.
If you choose an exchange, we will replace your pair with another of equal value. If you prefer a full refund, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee with absolutely zero deductions—not a single rupee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Terms & Conditions
 * Return Window: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must be initiated within 7 days after receiving your delivery.
 * Product Condition: Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please ensure the shoes show no signs of heavy wear, rough use, or damage before returning them to us.
 * Processing Refunds: To claim your refund, please contact us on WhatsApp. We will guide you through the process, collect your bank account details, and process your 100% refund directly.

Shipping & Delivery Charges for Return.
 * Customer Fault / Size Preference: If you received the exact size and pair you ordered, but it does not fit or you wish to change it, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
 * Pro Loved Fault: If we ship the wrong size, wrong item, or a defective product, Pro Loved will cover 100% of the delivery and exchange charges.
 * For Orders Within Lahore:
   * Exchanges: Contact us on WhatsApp, and our rider will visit your doorstep to exchange the shoes directly.
   * Refunds: For refunds, the customer must send the shoes back to our address first.
 * For Orders Outside Lahore (Other Cities):
   * For both exchanges and refunds, the shoes must first be shipped back to our address. Once inspected, we will process your exchange shipment or refund.
